Q: Around the 1970s, the old Bailey Farm Dairy on Keokuk gave calendars to its customers. These calendars featured a recipe each month that had a dairy product ingredient. One recipe was for a no-bake cheesecake made with cottage cheese, placed in a springform pan and refrigerated until set. Does anyone still have this recipe?

— Jeanette Craig, St. Louis

A: "I remember Mother making this recipe," wrote Murlene Thayer of St. Louis. "Hope this is the one Jeanette Craig wants."

Ruth E. Simon of Manchester, Ruth Karraker of St. Louis and Mary Stassi of Wright City also sent recipes, which we will forward to Craig.

And now, more requests:

• Atha Stitts would like a recipe for chicken strips (thigh meat) in teriyaki sauce like the version Tyson sells to large institutions. "It has a very nice brown sauce served over rice," she said.

• Fred J. Briggs of O'Fallon, Ill., is looking for two recipes. "How do you make chicken and dumplings? Real thick dumplings for my big stockpot," he asked, and "How do you make liver and onions?"
