Q: The Nantucket Cove is no longer open, but I would love the recipe for their house salad dressing.

— Kathleen Keane, St. Peters

A: We had this in our files, thanks to Nikki Prosser of Chesterfield, who contributed the recipe in 2001.

"The old Nantucket Cove restaurant holds a lot of sweet memories for my family," she wrote at the time. "Their lobsters were fantastic, but we consider the house salad dressing the best anywhere."

And now, more questions:

• "Would love the recipe for Voodoo Shrimp that was served at Crazy Fish restaurant in Clayton," wrote Shirley Ciegel of Affton. "It's been a while, but we ordered it every chance we had." Does anyone have the recipe or a copycat?

• "Your recent recipe for a cottage cheese cheesecake reminded me of a cake, or pie, my mother used to make," wrote Robert Komor of Ballwin. "It was made with dry cottage cheese we would get from Raskas Dairy, and it was made in a glass pie pan with graham cracker crust."
