Yield: 4 pops
1/2 cup organic plain or vanilla whole-milk or low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 bananas
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Divide amount in four ice-pop molds. Freeze until set.
Per pop (made with with plain whole milk yogurt): 75 calories; 1g fat; 0.5g saturated fat; 5mg cholesterol;
2g protein; 16g carbohydrate; 10g sugar; 2g fiber; 15mg sodium; 40mg calcium.
