Yield: 4 pops
1/2 cup organic plain or vanilla whole-milk or low-fat yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup cubed cantaloupe
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Divide amount in four ice-pop molds. Freeze until set.
Per pop: 60 calories; 1g fat; 0.5g saturated fat; 5mg cholesterol; 2g protein; 11g carbohydrate; 7g sugar; 2g fiber; 20mg sodium; 45mg calcium.
