1 banana
2 craft sticks
About 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
About 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1. Peel banana and break it in half. Insert a craft stick into the flat end. Roll banana in yogurt, and then roll in crushed graham crackers.
2. Place on waxed paper; freeze for 1 hour.
Per pop: 200 calories; 3g fat; 1g saturated fat; 5mg cholesterol; 4g protein; 41g carbohydrate; 24g sugar; 2g fiber; 165mg sodium; 80mg calcium.
