On my wish list: Vera Bradley eyeglasses cases

AN EYE ON GLASSES: Keeping my eyeglasses/sunglasses/readers corralled seems to be getting harder. And I really need those readers now, especially at night. Even though I buy inexpensive reading glasses, I learned it's easier to keep track of them in cases. Vera Bradley's colorful Double Eye case holds two pairs of glasses (readers on the outside), which means I might be able to keep the appropriate eyewear on hand — and find it in my purse. Loving the new Suzani print, but almost all of the cheerful patterns are fun ($20) at Vera Bradley, St. Louis Galleria. By Jane Henderson, book editor

4. REPURPOSE OLD BOOKS: Made from recycled paper, Sayitwithbookcovers lets you cover old books with a message. The covered books stack together to form quotes (there are more than 100 to choose from). Each kit includes five book covers: two blank and three forming the quote. Available in either cream or brown ($20) at Twigs & Moss, 7715 Clayton Road.

5. RENEW YOUR BOOKS: These earrings, from Overdue Industries, are punched directly from a vintage, decorative book cover such as Reader's Digest ($18) at Trova, 1900 Park Avenue in Lafayette Square.

6. LITERARY STYLE: Pay homage to your favorite classic with tees from Out of Print. We loved the colorful Mikey Burton design of "The Great Gatsby" ($25) at Pudd'nhead Books, 8157 Big Bend Boulevard, Webster Groves.
