Local extended auto service contract firms

As home to more than 30 companies selling extended auto-service contracts, the St. Louis area is a hub for an industry facing mounting scrutiny from consumer advocates and government regulators. This map, based on public documents and Post-Dispatch reporting, remains a work in progress and will be updated to include much more information about the firms, including examples of contracts, marketing materials and other documents.
