The Art of War: Posters in World Conflict
The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library & Museum
The exhibit consists of 195 posters mainly from the United States but includes those from Great Britain, France, Germany, Soviet Union and other countries. More posters will be added temporarily for the Pearl Harbor attack (Dec. 7), Christmas, African American History Month (February) and Women's History Month (March).

Urgent Shelter Exhibit
Gallery A at Gallery 210, UMSL
Exhibits will address issues of socially responsible design. The exhibit will feature structures designed for persons who are homeless or have been displaced by war or natural disaster. The featured aretists and designers are Global Village, Electoland, Mechael Rakowitz and Mad Housers. A public reception for the artists will begin at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 7 at the gallery. Mia Ferrara Pelosi of Global Village Shelters will give a talk at 6:30 p.m. in the Gallery Auditorium.
