A man was shot while sitting on a porch shortly after midnight Saturday in the 4400 block of Greer Avenue, St. Louis police said. The 29-year-old man, whom police did not name, told police he heard shots and ran through a gangway, where he realized he had been hit in the leg. Police said the wound was from buckshot.
