EAST ST. LOUIS • St. Clair County prosecutors charged a 15-year-old juvenile with first-degree murder for the shooting death of Demario R. Moore.
Moore, of Belleville, was shot once as he walked into the Crown Food Mart, a gas station at 25th and State Streets in East St. Louis. The incident happened about 4 a.m. on Sunday.
Police didn't release the name of the juvenile, who is currently jailed at the St. Clair County Juvenile Detention Center on $500,000 bond.
