POLITICALLY INCORRECT: For people who still think overdrinking is funny, the Pub Theater Company is bringing "Bye Bye Liver: The St. Louis Drinking Play," to Maggie O'Brien's on September 25.

According to the company, the show has had four years of sold out performances in Chicago, Milwaukee and the Twin Cities. The name of the city in the title varies by location, as does the cast, which features local actors.

The show is described as "a series of outrageous sketches, all centered around the bottle." It's noted that "to really get into the swing of things, the show is filled with interactive drinking games for the audience, pitting males versus females, actors versus audience, etc. Must be 21."

H'mmm, I thought that was called college.

Anyhow, for those who are interested, the shows will be performed Saturdays at 9 p.m. at Maggie O'Brien's, 2000 Market St.
