So here we are, two days away from the end of 2011 and the start of 2012.
For some people, New Year's Eve is one of the biggest party nights of the year. For others, not so much.
At STLtoday.com, we have a long list of things to do and places to go come Saturday evening. They range from dinners to dances to parties and things somewhere in between.
In my late teens and early 20s, it seemed imperative to go out and make the end of the year a memorable one. Once I started a family, New Year's Eve evolved into (often) a game night with neighbors or friends who also had kids around the same age.
Now my husband and I are trying to decide what, if anything, we want to do. (Nothing like waiting until the last minute.)
Is New Year's Eve a big holiday and celebration for you? What are your plans for ringing in 2012 on Saturday? And if you don't have any plans, why not?
What was your most memorable New Year's Eve?
And whether you celebrate or not, have a happy 2012.
