Granted, many of us are happy enough to be working that we don't worry too much about all the perks and extras.

But Time magazine is running a list of some of the most unusual perks offered by some of the companies that also made Fortune's list of the best places to work.

In Florida, JM Family Enterprises offers employees free haircuts (nice) and has a fleet of yachts for employee use (even nicer.)

At Autodesk in California, you can bring your dog to work (sweet) and take a six-week paid sabbatical every four years (sweeter!)

At Factset, there is not only such a thing as a free lunch (yum) but there are also on-site pie and cupcake trucks (yummier!)
