Two Warren County men were indicted late Thursday for allegedly setting fire to three law enforcement cruisers and a stolen pickup truck, the U.S. Attorney's office said.
Corey Michael Puetz, 21, and Xavier Damon Washington, 19, were each indicted on four felony arson charges, which carry a potential penalty of five to 20 years in prison, prosecutors said.
Sometime between Aug. 12-14, the men set fire to a Warren County Sheriff's Department car and two cars belonging to the Warrenton Police Department, prosecutors claim. They also set fire to a stolen 1997 Ford F-150 pickup.
