A Madison County man pleaded guilty in federal court in East St. Louis to production and possession of child porn Tuesday and admitted taking photos of a 12-year-old boy's genitals in an Alton church parking lot, the U.S. Attorney's office said.

On March 21, Blake Joseph Young, 41, asked the boy to come into his motor home, which was parked at the church, prosecutors said. Young knew the boy because he occasionally attended the church.

Young then took pictures of the boy's genitals and showed the boy nude photos of a 15-year-old's genitals that he had taken with his cell phone, documents show.

After the boy reported the incident, Alton police found Young. They later searched his motor home and found the photos.

At sentencing on Dec. 3 Young could face 15 to 30 years in prison for the production charge.
