ST. LOUIS • A second person died Sunday after a three-vehicle crash about 1 p.m. Saturday at North Grand Boulevard and Natural Bridge Avenue, authorities said.

Daionsha Scott, 19, of the 4400 block of Natural Bridge Avenue, died at a hospital Sunday afternoon of injuries suffered in the accident. Morion Robinson, 21, of the 5500 block of Kensington Avenue, died Saturday night. Both were passengers in a Pontiac Grand Prix involved in the accident.

The accident occurred when the Grand Prix, which police said was speeding, ran a red light and hit a Metro Call-A-Ride bus, police said.

A third vehicle, a 1996 Volvo, then struck the Grand Prix. The driver of that car, a 51-year-old woman, remained in serious, but stable condition at a hospital Sunday.

The driver of the Grand Prix, 21, was treated at a hospital and released. He was taken into police custody, but no charges had been filed Sunday.
