CLAYTON • A 45-year-old man is facing criminal charges after St. Louis County police say he turned a hotel room into a methamphetamine lab, according to court documents.

Roger Williams, of the 4000 block of Bates Avenue, was charged June 8 with possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use after police found plastic bags, pliers, coffee filters, pseudoephedrine pills, lighters, digital scales and one 32-ounce bottle inside his room at the Comfort Inn at 18375 Chesterfield Airport Road on March 12.

Police also found a glass pipe used to smoke meth, according to court documents.

His bail has been set at $10,000.
