ST. CHARLES • A man St. Charles police were seeking for robbing an undercover officer at gunpoint is now in the St. Charles County Jail.

Terrance T. Norman, 19, of the 1600 block of Eagle Valley Drive in St. Louis County, was charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action in connection with the incident, which happened Jan. 25. Norman was also charged with tampering with a witness for allegedly threatening to kill the witness and his family.

Norman turned himself in and was booked in the St. Charles County Jail last week.
