ST. CHARLES • Police are looking for a man now charged with robbing an undercover police officer at gunpoint.

Terrance T. Norman, 19, is charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action in connection with the incident, which took place on Jan. 25. Warrants have been issued by the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Norman, whose last known address is 1648 Eagle Valley Drive in Jennings, currently is not in custody.

He is described as about 5-foot-7, weighing 180 lbs with shoulder-length dreadlocks and various tattoos on his body. Police said Norman should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the St. Charles Police Department at 636-949-3300 or anonymously at 636-949-3333. A reward is being offered by St. Charles CrimeStoppers.
