ST. LOUIS • Prosecutors filed assault and armed criminal actions Friday against a St. Louis man, Myron Pollard, 17, accused of shooting at a man walking with his brother and two-year-old nephew, charging document show.

The shooting victim told police that he was walking in the 3600 block of Nebraska on Monday when Pollard pointed a gun and began shooting, hitting him multiple times, documents show.

Pollard, of the 3600 block of Oregon, is being held in lieu of $250,000 cash bail.

Pollard's lawyer could not be immediately reached for comment Friday evening.
