Days after being disparaged as "brownshirts," local Tea Party activists will don their red shirts tonight.

Showing that, no matter on what end of the political spectrum they reside, everyone in St. Louis loves a trip to the ballpark, the anti-tax crowd is making it Tea Party night at Busch Stadium.

The outing is not purely to see the Cardinals top last night's wild win -- the Tea Party group is also showing support for the immigration policies from the state which tonight's opponent, the Arizona Diamondbacks, hail.

24th State reports the group will be in the outfield terrace box -- right field?

While the Cardinals have special ticket events of every stripe -- this evening's game is legal services appreciation night -- the Tea Party event is not officially sanctioned by the team.

No wonder --- Cards brass are currently leaning on the White House to award Cards legend Stan "The Man" Musial the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor.
