A man from Ballwin drowned Sunday morning in Carlyle Lake. About 10 a.m., two hunters found a capsized john boat. A short time later, the body of Cecil Lindsey, 75, was found floating along the shoreline. Fayette County Coroner Bruce Boven said he was not sure what caused the boat to turn over, but he said it may have hit an object in the water.
