University of Missouri-St. Louis officials sent an e-mail to employees asking for information about an employee who hasn't been seen since she left her office for lunch Wednesday.

Susan R. Allen, 55, of Ballwin, is an employee in the cashier's office in the Millennium Student Center. She did not return to work after her lunch break and has not returned to her home or contacted family members, the e-mail stated.

Allen is 5 feet 8 and about 185 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light-colored top and dark slacks.

St. Louis County police said a missing person's report had been filed on Allen's behalf by UMSL campus police.

Campus police are asking anyone with information about Allen's whereabouts to contact them at 314-516-5155.
