Next, a uniquely designed program is composed, by detail on how to transform them from where they are to where they want to be. It is an M3 Journey. This journey includes: fitness, nutrition, beauty, and style. The client and coach sit down to discuss all of their options, the client chooses which ones are best for them, and then a plan is put in place.
