"Wellhungarians sing to benefit shelter animals!"
Sparta, IL --- Join us for a summer concert on the river benefiting the Randolph County Humane Society. Music will be performed by the Wellhungarians on July 12 at 2 pm at the Water Street Bar in Evansville, IL. Ticket price is $5 per person and available at the door.
The concert will be a unique event with an atmosphere of fun and good will on the riverfront of the Kaskaskia River. The RCHS invites all pet owners and everyone else to come out and enjoy the music beginning at 2 pm on Sunday, July 12th on the Water Street Bar, located on the barge at the Port of Evansville, IL! The concert promotes a worthy cause in a festive social situation that benefits the animals that have no one while enjoying a sunny afternoon on the river listening to the music of the Wellhungarians, country band voted Best Country Group, 2006, by New Music Weekly Magazine of Hollywood, Ca and multi-year winner of the Riverfront Times Country Group of the Year. Tickets are available at the door for $5. Drawing for a Barrel of Booze and RCHS gear will be available sale.
Classified as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, the shelter depends on events such as this concert to raise much needed funds as we are solely funded through donations. It is only through the efforts of our volunteers and the support we receive from the public through events like these that we are able to keep our doors open.
