Local Kindermusik Educator is Winner of
Best Music Class in St Louis

St Louis (Webster
Groves & UniversityCity) MO – Lori Burkhardt has been named Best Music
Class in St Louis by Nickelodeon’s Parents’ Picks Awards.Nickelodeon’s ParentsConnect, (www.gocitykids.parentsconnect.com)
is an online resource for parenting advice and community.Parents were allowed to pick the best of
their local communities with its second annual Parents’ Picks Awards during the
months of June and July.
Burkhardt is an early childhood
educator at Kindermusik with Lori
Burkhardt.Burkhardt teaches Kindermusik in Webster Groves and University CityMO.Enrollment is
accepted year-round, and parents are welcome to attend one class for free
w/their child to experience a Kindermusik
class first-hand.
Burkhardt became a licensed Kindermusik educator in 1995 and has a background in Music Therapy plus a strong
background in instrumental and choir music.Burkhardt teaches the program to 200 children a year in Webster Groves and University City.Burkhardt's
program has reached both families with one child and those with multiple
children.Parents see how Kindermusik specifically addresses the
developmental needs and interests of each child and how their children benefit
first from their own classes, then from sharing music as a family in the
home.She is thrilled to see returning
students grow and develop as they move into the older class levels, while the
'next generation'- new babies born to her many families- are arriving in droves
to begin their Kindermusik journey.
Burkhardt is one of thousands
