St. Louis, MO (January 9, 2008)--- L'Ecole Culinaire announced today the launch of a new cooking program for the public. The program, called Kitchens with a Mission, will offer a special evening class every month beginning in February 2008.

The selfless spirit of Allison Cassens, a local teacher who died of cancer, will be remembered and celebrated at the fourth annual Allison's Friends of Hope Foundation benefit Saturday, Feb. 2, at Sunset Hills Country Club in Edwardsville, Ill.
