Coldwell Banker Gundaker's app uses GPS, when available, to locate the user and find the closest listings in the immediate area. When a home is selected from the search results, users can see price, square footage, estimated mortgage, taxes, features, pictures and more. Consumers can also search by address, community name, city or zip code.
