H.W. Koenig Cancer Centers Yoga Classes

St. Peters, Mo. - The H.W. Koenig Cancer Centers at St. Joseph presents "Life After Breast Cancer" yoga classes from 7 to 8 p.m. on the fourth Friday of each month at St. Joseph Medical Park, 1475 Kisker Road.. The classes are co-sponsored by the St. Joseph Breast Health Program and supported by the Karen Weideinger Foundation.

Yoga is a combination of postures and breathing exercises which enhance flexibility, strength and balance while reducing stress. The classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age, body-type, gender or physical limitations. The "Life After Breast Cancer" yoga classes are designed not only for breast cancer survivors, but also for individuals living with or caring for someone with cancer. The classes are free for cancer survivors and $10 per session for all other participants.
