Sappington, Mo. - Learn to Ice Skate registration for children ages 3 ½ through adult is being held at the Kennedy Recreation Complex, 6050 Wells Road, beginning Tuesday, Dec. 18. Registration can be done in person or by phone from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
