(St. Louis, MO) Charles Leon, Owner/Partner of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Frontenac was honored at the Town & Country/ Frontenac Chambers of Commerce awards luncheon in recognition of his outstanding contributions to area organizations. I am honored and blessed to be in association with Frontenac."
