COST:            $33.95 per person (tax and gratuity not included)

MENU:  Choice of one of three entrées and the choice of The Wedge, Fleming's or Caesar salad, one side dish and a dessert.

•·         BISTRO SIRLOIN:  Cabernet butter sauce and ratatouille

•·         BBQ SALMON & MIXED MUSHROOM SALAD:  Shiitake, Portobello and Enoki mushrooms

•·         SMOKED PORK CHOP:  Port wine mustard sauce
