As expected, umpire Jeff Kellogg's crew, which tried to keep the peace in Cincinnati last month when hostilities broke out between the Cardinals and Cincinnati Reds, is on hand tonight for the weekend series here.

Kellogg's crew ejected both managers, the Cardinals' Tony La Russa and Cincinnati's Dusty Baker, for their actions on the field during the fight and nothing else happened that night or in the final game of the series the next night.

Kellogg will be behind the plate tonight, with Larry Vanover at first, Jeff Nelson at second and Mark Carlson at third. Nelson is replacing Mark Wegner, who was at home plate on Aug. 10, the night of the fight.
