Mizzou football released an updated depth chart on Tuesday, but it featured no changes in starting assignments and few moves of note.
Freshman quarterback James Franklin remained No. 2 behind entrenched starter Blaine Gabbert, but redshirt freshman Ashton Glaser moved up to third ahead of last year's backup, junior Jimmy Costello. Costello now is listed even with freshman Tyler Gabbert as the No. 4 quarterbacks.
Junior middle linebacker Will Ebner, MU's third-leading tackler last season, was moved from second team to third team. It was not immediately clear whether that reflected Ebner's inability to practice much of camp because of a hamstring injury or because of his arrest early Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Among other moves involving reserves, junior receiver Brandon Gerau moved over redshirt freshman Jaleel Clark into the backup role behind junior Wes Kemp and Anthony Gatti, a freshman from Parkway North, moved from No. 3 left tackle to even with senior Kirk Lakebrink at No. 2 behind junior Elvis Fisher.
