Not that he did anything glaringly wrong, but wide receiver Danario Alexander's first practice with the St. Louis Rams wasn't one for the highlight reel. Alexander was in for a total of 14 snaps in 11-on-11 and 7-of-7 drills. Three balls were thrown his way, but none was caught.
"It felt pretty good to come out and get a little action. I’ve been out of football since the Senior Bowl, so it’s always to get back on the field," said Alexander, the ex-Mizzou star signed Sunday. "I’ll be here early and late, trying to get everything together. I’ll be in my playbook as soon as I get back home. I’m playing a catch-up game right now."
