It looks as if fans hoping to cheer -- or boo -- former St. Louis Rams quarterback Marc Bulger tonight will be disappointed.

According to Ravens insiders, Troy Smith is expected to play the whole game at QB for Baltimore in the preseason contest.

Bulger spent most of eight seasons as the Rams' starting quarterback. He was released in April and signed with the Ravens in July. He's the backup to Joe Flacco.
