The Blazers' first baseman and No. 3 hitter, Meier leads the league in doubles (10) and is one of the leaders in RBIs (22), batting average (.460), runs scored (10), slugging percentage (.660) and on-base percentage (.509). Meier made big offensive contributions in the St. Louis University Exposure Tournament going 6-for-12 with four doubles, nine RBIs and two runs scored. A 2011 Seckman graduate, Meier hit .308 with 19 RBIs for the Jaguars this spring. He has narrowed his college choices to Fontbonne University and Lindenwood University (Belleville).
