After dropping a 3-1 overtime decision in the title match as a junior and surviving overtime scares in the quarterfinals and semifinals this year, Rugraff took no chances in the Class 3 title match at 160 pounds, pinning Kearney's Blain Drescher in 75 seconds, The victory capped a 54-1 senior campaign for Rugraff, who also starred in football for the 10-2 Warriors, rushing for 915 yards and 16 touchdowns.
