In a 63-44 win against Westminster, Gilman, a 5-9 senior guard, scored a game-high 24 points and passed the 1,000-point mark for her career. For the season, Gilman is averaging 15.4 points, 3.5 assists, 3.8 steals and 3.5 rebounds. Last season, Gilman was the MWAA Blue Conference player of the year and first-team all-state by the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association. In track, she holds the school record in the pole vault and was a Class 2 champion in the 1,600 relay and 3,200 relay. Gilman has a scholarship offer from McKendree.
