This week's honored Cardinal's Team, the Show Me Volleyball Academy 15 Elite girls team (73-24 in matches, 160-56 in sets) has come in first in six tournaments, including their most recent victory at the USA Volleyball Gateway Region 15 Gold Division title game.

Hannah Cherry leads the team with 546 kills, followed by Paige Perego with 532 and Amanda Noel with 413. Setter Bethany Besancenez has 2,159 assists and 136 aces, while Perego 124 aces.

Leading the team in digs are Amy Kindt (733), Claire Harman (468), Perego (426), Besancenez (345) and Cherry (302). Noel has the most blocks at 65, while Grace Haselhorst (44.5) is second and Perego (30.5) third.

"For our first season together, this is a group that has done a great job," coach Shane Allen said. "They have picked up their teammates when the load was too heavy. I couldn't be more proud of the work they've done this year."
