Projects earn Keystone awards

A dozen projects, ranging from the expansion of the Federal Reserve Bank downtown to the Novus International Inc. headquarters in St. Charles County, are this year's winners of the Construction Keystone Awards from the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis. The awards were announced Tuesday night. In addition to the Federal Reserve Bank project by McCarthy Brothers Cos. and the Novus International project by Clayco Inc., Project of the Year winners were HBD Contracting Inc. for the Bank of Washington, Paric Corp. for the Magic House, BSI Contractors Inc. for Citygarden, Kozeny-Wagner Inc. for the Old Post Office Plaza, Corrigon Co. for Holcim Cement "Lee Island" plant utility piping, John Bender Drywall for the Bank of Washington, PayneCrest Electric Inc. for the Holcim Cement Ste. Genevieve Plant, Hayward Baker Inc. for Lemay WWTP Tunnel jet grouting, Gypsum Associates Inc. for St. Alphonsus Liguori "Rock" Catholic Church and FireStoppers/Rebel for the SSM St. Clare Health Center. |
