Several hundred fans walked out of a Britney Spears concert in Perth, Australia, when they realized she was lip-synching. State legislators said they would propose a law calling for an announcement ahead of time when a concert will be lip-synched. "Britney is aware of all this, and she’s extremely upset by it," promoter Paul Dainty said.
