'America's Next Top Model' 8 p.m. on the CW The models pose on a windy cliffside in Hawaii. 'Eastwick' 9 p.m. on ABC Cybill Shepherd guests as Bun's old friend Eleanor Rougement, who may have answers that Kat wants. 'Top Chef All Stars Dinner' 9 p.m. on Bravo Fan favorite Fabio plays host to former contestants at a dinner and dish session that includes a surprise challenge.
