'Pitbulls and Parolees' 9 p.m. on Animal Planet Pairing rescued pit bulls with paroled convicts brings out the best in both in a new six-part series featuring Villalobos Rescue Center, the country's largest facility for saving pit bulls and placing them in loving homes.
