Lawyer wants to drop Coleman's dad

WATERLOO -- The father of murder suspect Christopher Coleman would need to hire a new attorney under a motion filed Thursday by William S. Margulis, a lawyer who has been representing both men. Margulis filed the motion in Monroe County Circuit Court at Waterloo, asking that he be allowed to withdraw as attorney for Ronald Coleman, who is Christopher Coleman's father. Margulis would continue to represent Christopher Coleman. Ronald Coleman has been subpoenaed to provide some information in a wrongful death suit against his son. A hearing on Margulis' motion to withdraw was set for July 13 in Monroe County Circuit Court.
