Corrections:

— Missouri has spent $6 million in federal stimulus dollars and an additional $114 million in federal stabilization dollars on elementary and secondary education so far this year. A report in Tuesday's main news section listed only the first figure.

— In 1991, Clarence Thomas became the second African-American to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court. Thurgood Marshall, who joined the court in 1967, was the first. The Newspapers in Education Decades feature in Tuesday's main news section overlooked Marshall and misstated the year Thomas joined the court.

— Danny Coleman, who was murdered in 1992, worked at a drink-dispenser plant in Ballwin. A story in the main news section Tuesday incorrectly identified Coleman's occupation.
