Logan College: One of North America's largest chiropractic institutions

Established in 1935, Logan College of Chiropractic is a premier, graduate educational institution and one of the largest chiropractic colleges or universities in North America. Candidates for a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan must complete a minimum of three academic years (90 semester hours) of college credit leading to a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university while maintaining a cumulative grade-point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. The Doctor of Chiropractic degree program at Logan is a 10-trimester curriculum that requires approximately 5,000 hours of classroom education and practical chiropractic training for graduation. Full-time students at Logan generally complete the college’s degree requirements in three and one-third years. The college operates on a year-round basis and graduates students three times per year. Under the Logan University name, the school offers a Master of Science degree in sports science and rehabilitation, which affords students numerous opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary clinical settings with professional, collegiate and high school sports teams. In addition, the state-of-the-art BIOFREEZE Sports and Rehabilitation Center, which is specifically designed to treat athletic injuries, is also located on the Logan campus. Headquartered in Chesterfield, Mo., Logan has approximately 1,100 students and operates eight health and wellness centers in the St. Louis area. -- Logan College of Chiropractic
