ST. LOUIS -- Police said Thursday that the man found shot to death about 5:07 p.m. Wednesday in the 5900 block of Emma Avenue was Patrick Hines, 27, of the 8900 block of Newby Street. Hines was shot in the chest. Witnesses told officials they heard a gunshot and saw two men run from the scene.
