Jennings Target gets liquor license

JENNINGS > Several Jennings residents were chagrined Monday night after the City Council voted 5-2 to allow the Target store in Plaza on the Boulevard to begin selling package liquor. They said the city already has enough liquor sales. But by the same 5-2 vote, the council turned down a request by a neighborhood grocery at 5200 Hamilton Avenue to sell package liquor.
