In the heart of St. Charles County’s Golden Triangle, only a mile from Highway 40, is the country-quiet community of Fox Haven, a joint project by McBride & Son Homes and Vantage Homes. Surrounded by trees and adjacent to the Busch Wildlife Reserve, the surrounding natural beauty and privacy offers the perfect ambience for the upscale homes within. “The location is what homebuyers really need to experience,” said Mark Potthast, project manager for McBride & Son. “Fox Haven offers unbelievable homes at unbelievable prices. It has a rural feel and is just minutes from area conveniences.” For example, the community is only 5 minutes from WingHaven and from the new shopping center off Highway N and Lake Saint Louis Boulevard, and 11 minutes from the Chesterfield Valley. Both McBride & Son and Vantage have a wide variety of homesites available at Fox Haven, as well as ranch, 1-1/2-story and two-story floor plans. At the Manors at Fox Haven, McBride & Son is offering eight floor plans from the Riverwood collection, ranging in price from $234,900 to the mid-$400,000s. Thirteen homesites remain. “This is a last-chance opportunity to get into a very successful subdivision,” said Jeff Schindler, president of McBride & Son Homes. On display, and a popular choice among homebuyers, is the 1-1/2-story Ellington. With four bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths and up to over 4,000 square feet of space, this home features a first-floor master suite, designer kitchen, two-story great room, and three-car garage. Two Ellington inventories are available at the Manors -- on lots 6 ($416,900) and 18 ($396,900). In another corner of Fox Haven, McBride & Son is offering eight floor plans from the Oakwood and Riverwood collections, ranging from $219,900 to the mid-$300,000s. Included in the portfolios is the four-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath Sequoia two-story model, which is “a great home for entertaining and has an incredible master bedroom,” Schindler said. Two Sequoia inventories are available for quick move-in -- on lots 126 ($315,000) and 140 ($269,900). “In each community, we have reduced home prices and packaged our most popular options at reduced sales prices,” explained Schindler. “This gives homebuyers a chance to add value to their home, as well as more flexibility on the options they want.” Vantage Homes is also offering a special incentive at Fox Haven. “In March we’re offering half off on options in to-be-built homes -- up to $110,000,” said Chris Matteo, president of Vantage Homes. This applies to the eight floor plans offered in both of Vantage’s villages -- the Meadows and the Estates. At the Meadows, where 100-foot-wide homesites and three-car garages are standard, prices range from $303,500 to the $400,000s; In the Estates, three-car, side-entry garages and 120-foot-wide homesites are standard, and prices range from $333,000 to the $600,000s. “Our most popular floor plan at Fox Haven is the four-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath Sussex ranch, which is on display,” said Mark Gau, Vantage’s project manager at Fox Haven. Highlights of the 2,638-square-foot home include 12-foot ceilings throughout the kitchen, breakfast room and great room, designer kitchen, coffered ceiling in the master bedroom, and more. The four-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath Brentmoor two story with 3,880 square feet is also on display and is shown with an extra-large kitchen and great room, an integrated hearth room, elegant staircase, Jack and Jill bath, and finished lower level. For those searching for move-in ready homes, Vantage is offering five Express inventories at Fox Haven. The Sussex ranch, sale-priced at $459,762, is the only one in the Estates at Fox Haven. Inventories in the Meadows consist of ranch and two-story plans, one of which is the three-bedroom, two-bath former Winslow display home. Prices range from $319,983 to $419,732.
